  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally, and in my vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have not more Benefices than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at Bittadon Church once in a fortnight and that always in the Afternoon except when there is a Sacrament.

  4. Frequency of divine service: When I perform divine Service at Bittadon there is no Service at my Church all other mornings & Afternoons it is regularly serv'd with Prayers and a Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in a year. The number of Communicants about twenty five.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter and Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel is in good Repair, my Church-yard is well kept. I have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier, but will get one made and deliver it in at your Visitation.

  9. Number of families: About Sixty three.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel in the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists. No Meeting=Houses.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, no alms=House, no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: A small quantity of Land and a small Benefaction hath been left for charitable uses both of which are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted and collated to the vicarage of West Down on the twelfth Day of August in the year of our Lord 1772 - my Priests Orders are dated September the twentieth 1767.
